- 500g Oshikandela Summer Fruit
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup granola or crushed Weetbix
- 1 cup mixed berries or chopped seasonal fruits
- Honey or maple syrup (optional)
instructions
- Let the layering begin! In serving glasses or bowls, add granola or crushed Weetbix.
- Add a layer of Oshikandela Summer Fruit.
- Place sliced bananas and mixed berries on top of the Oshikandela.
- Repeat the layers as desired.
- If you live on the sweeeeet side of life, drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
